Loop Recording
EVS ingest solutions and loop recording guarantee uninterrupted multi-channel recording and access to material at any time. Recording on XT/XS series servers, starts as soon as the server is booted and remains on until it is shut down. .
Each server continuously records ingest feeds while preventing the deletion of selected media until a new decision is made. Loop recording allows returning to any angle and reclipping footage.
1) Uninterrupted recording:
- Always in recording process in a loop mode
- Ingest of up to 8 video and 96 audio inputs per server
- Recording from cameras, satellites, post-production, video tape recorders and storage

- No critical shot is ever missed and footage is kept for several hours
- Continuous access to recorded material during the recording process
- All created clips are preserved indefinitely online, unless deleted
- Duplication does not affect the immediacy of all processes

- Network integration allows XT servers to communicate instantly with other servers as well as other hardware and software
- Instant replays, slow motion, reviews, edits and clip creation are possible on network XT servers while ingesting
Recording capacity can be configured separately for each recording channel. Selected sequences can be protected and kept as long as required without interrupting the recording process. Material can be recorded on internal or external disks.
