It is an easy-to-use, easy-tolearn tool, specifically designed for the needs of producers working in a studio environment. Insio, combined with any EVS production server, offers the perfect toolbox for controlling each production phase of studio recorded TV programs. Insio allows to control an unlimited number of cameras during the recording session and gives the producer direct control over the recording process. Thanks to Insio, the producer can instantly review all takes and related camera angles while still recording. The producer can also easily manage the rec and stop actions at any time. Insio provides unrivaled capability for clip transfer and feed streaming to post-production, as well as metadata management. Insio has been developed for fast studio production workflows, and is extremely userfriendly. It is easy to install and requires no extra operational training, so the studio personnel can start using it immediately. Insio has also been designed for file-based deliveries to Avid Media Composer, Apple Final Cut Pro, local drives, or WAN/LAN destinations. Insio’s touch-screen interface makes clip management very easy, and offers numerous possibilities including the addition of production notes. And since Insio is part of EVS’ outstanding technology, it has a pedigree of reliability and simplicity that is simply advanced. Key features:- Easy and intuitive interface

Main capabilities:Multi-Feed Record Control Combined with EVS production servers, XT[2] or XS, Insio is able to simultaneously control the recording and the playback of multiple audio/video feeds, supporting multiple studio-formats and post-production codecs. The individual camera selection gives the user the ability to select/deselect each camera, so that takes that are obsolete are immediately deleted.
Intuitive Operation Tool Very simple to understand and easy to learn by any member of the production team, Insio provides a direct and dynamic control over the entire production phase including : recording control, takes review, clip management, production description, and transfer to post-production. Efficient Clip Management After the recording of each scene or at the end of the day, it is easy to review all takes, including from different camera angles, and to select and immediately transfer the best ones to post-production. Thanks to the production notes functionality, descriptive notes can be added to the different clips, so that post-production editors can speed up their search. Efficient & User-Friendly Content Management Insio provides all of the required operations for the most efficient production workflows. While offering all of the advantages of a true tapeless solution, Insio has been developed with all of the functions of a VTR, guaranteeing a certain familiarity for VTR operators and including the following functions : load clip, cue, play, stop, re-cue, jog/shuttle within the media. Clip Transfer & Feed Streaming to Post-Production After a clip is recorded, a transfer to the editor can be initialized and is performed in the background without interfering with the operator’s subsequent tasks (or with the functionality of the recording server). This function might not necessarily be performed after each clip is recorded, but could be scheduled at the end of a recording session or at the end of the day. Intuitive Producer Review A single interface with an overview of the production is available, so that the producer can easily review all the takes of the day in a quaddisplay environment. The helpful touch-screen gives users intuitive tools to perform all of the required operations for scenes, takes, camera angles and episodes. Scripts Notes While Recording Production Notes allows the user to create notes and logs of the actions on stage while the recording is still occurring. This can be done on stage and in the control room via a normal laptop or tablet pc. The notes are then linked to the corresponding scene or take, and can be instantly transferred to the editor along with the media or exported as a separate item. All of the notes for a production, episode or scene are stored in the Insio database. “Always-On” Recording Function If valuable action took place before the “official” start of the recording, the EVS operator can modify the in-point and add media to the scene after it was saved.
