XT[2] - XS Package 10
This section presents the latest software upgrades | XT[2] - XS Servers - System and Software | Software Ref.: 10.01.57 | Version 10.01 builds on the new functionality introduced in Version 9 and adds new features and support for more recording formats and systems such as: New Server features - Native support of panasonic DVCPRO HD and DVCPRO50 codecs
- 3D – an LSM server can now record and playback signals from 3D camera systems
- 1080P – in addition the 1080P standard is now supported
- HD MPEG2 I-Frame – a new recording format is available for integration with MPEG2 I-Frame based products such as Adobe Premiere.
- 16 tracks audio – up to 16 tracks of embedded audio per video channel is now possible
- Editrec – new configuration and protocol to allow the use of channels in an XT[2] server to be used as the edit recorder in a Linear editing set up, in addition to source recorders and players.
- GPI – new configuration options and commands to remote creation of clips and playlists
New Multicam 10 features: - Hypermotion Camera – new features in the remote panel allow to control the recording and clip generation when using this type of camera.
- Offside line - A simple and easy to use new feature generates a highlighted area which can be positioned on a picture to reinforce an aspect of play in a particular sport.

| XFile | Software Ref.: 02.12.04 | XFile also has new features some of which have been included in the later releases of the XT[2] Package 9 but have been made compatible with the release of the XT[2] Package 10 and will be new to some operators - DVCPRO 50 and DVCPRO HD native support

- Multitarget in XStream - selection of 3 different output formats and saving paths for one job
